SESSION 01

Getting Started with Fusion 360

For total beginners — never opened 3D software before

Start from zero. Learn your way around the Fusion 360 screen, tools, and menus, then draw your very first sketch — the flat, 2D drawing every 3D design starts from. Along the way you’ll pick up the ten habits every beginner should build early, plus a few shortcuts that save real time.

SESSION 02

Remixing 3D Models

For anyone who’s downloaded a model and wondered “can I change this?”

Take a model someone else made — the kind you’d find on Thingiverse or Printables — and make it your own. You’ll learn to resize it, patch mistakes, add or remove parts, and combine it with other pieces. Then it’s off to Bambu Studio to get it ready and printed on the Bambu Lab X1C.

SESSION 03

Designing with AI + Fusion 360

For anyone curious about AI shortcuts to a 3D idea

Use a free AI tool called Tripo AI to instantly turn a text description or photo into a rough 3D shape. Then bring that shape into Fusion 360 to clean it up, add exact measurements, and turn it into something that actually fits, works, and prints well. AI sparks the idea — Fusion 360 makes it real.
